Please Note: Abstract submission MAY remain open after April 1, 2026 but late submissions will not be ranked and will not be eligible for promotion to the Plenary Poster session or for presentation as Oral Communications. Abstracts submitted after April 1 will ONLY be accepted for poster sessions as space permits.

- The submitter of the abstract should be the presenting author. If someone other than the presenting author is submitting the abstract, please complete the fields as the presenting author.
- Please select the presenting author.
- You will be asked to optionally upload a head shot photo and short bio.
Word Count: Total 400 Words.
Title: Capitalize all words in the title.
Authors: Place initials first followed by last name.
STEPS IN THE ABSTRACT SUBMISSION PROCESS
Part 1 – Presenting Author
- Enter the Presenting Author Details- First Name, Last Name, Organization/Affiliation, Job Title, Mobile Phone
- Upload Profile Picture - optional
- Add Short Bio - 4-6 sentences, optional
- I confirm that I am the presenting author. Y/N
Part 2 - Submission
- Submission Title - Capitalize all words in the title.
- Abstract Text - Total 400 words, one paragraph – cut/paste from word document
- Select Presenting Author - "add self" to select yourself.
- List additional authors - First Initial, Last Name, Affiliation
- Select Presenter's Category (Academic Researcher, Invited Speaker, Corporate Scientist, Student or Fellow)
- Should this submission be considered for a Short Talk? Y/N
- Consider for Young Investigator Award? Y/N
