The River Lee Hotel  https://www.doylecollection.com/hotels/the-river-lee-hotel/rooms, which is a 5-minute walk from the venue, will serve as the VDW conference hotel.  Rooms will be reserved for invited speakers and organizers. Attendees can book at the preferred rate of €210.00 B&B per room (including VAT), per night for single occupancy.
